Bubble wrap consists of one layer of flat LDPE polythene laminated to another layer which has bubbles embossed into it. This means it is fully sealed, trapping the air inside to create firm protective bubbles on one side. Once created, it is then reeled onto a core to form a bubble wrap roll.
Industrial Bubble Wrap Rolls
There are two sizes of bubbles; small bubble wrap where the bubbles are approximately 10mm diameter or large bubble wrap where the bubbles are approximately 25mm diameter. As the structure of the bubble wrap is mostly air, it is a very lightweight but effective form of protection for even the most fragile products, ensuring it can be used to effectively protect products from damage in storage or during shipping.

Sustainable Way to Dispose of Bubble Wrap
Our bubble wrap rolls are made from at least 30% recycled content and are fully recyclable with other low density polythene waste. They can also be reused easily by the consumer if needed as the air in the bubbles stays inflated for many months after first use.
Self Adhesive Bubble Wrap
We stock self adhesive, or sticky, bubble wrap rolls which have a low tack adhesive on one side. This is perfect for wrapping fragile products where it is very important to protect the surface from scratches. The non abrasive sticky side adheres gently to the product, prevents movement against the wrap during transit and can be easily and safely removed from the product when required.
Biodegradable Bubble Wrap
We also provide a biodegradable bubble wrap made from material which breaks down over the space of 2-3 years which is significantly lower than the normal period given for alternative standard polythene bubble wrap.
