The patented pads provide superior shock absorption, offering dependable protection during transit. The PadPak system converts paper into protective pads that wrap directly around products. The PadPak® Light Cushioning converter turns fanfold kraft paper into lightweight cushioning pads, providing fast and efficient protection, blocking-and-bracing, and void filling. Using a patented folding and stitching method, the machine produces shock-absorbing pads that mould perfectly around each item. With five operating modes, it supports both batch and on-demand pad production, delivering maximum flexibility for diverse packaging needs.
