Orders must be placed before 11am for collection between 1:30pm – 3:30pm, Mon to Fri only. Orders placed after 11am will be ready for collection the following working day between 1:30pm – 3:30pm.

Outside our regional delivery area, the standard delivery time is 3-5 days and the carriage for the rest of the UK is calculated dynamically on our basket page based on your postcode and the items ordered.

Most items in our online shop are in stock and available for despatch. Check Availability items may have an extended lead time. Please contact us for more information about lead times on items that are marked with.

For Next day deliveries, the cut-off time is 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
For Saturday AM deliveries, the cut-off time is 3:30pm, Friday.

We use a parcel carrier and a pallet carrier, depending on the volume of your order.

No deliveries will be made on bank holidays.

Maxpack.co.uk is an online shop, and we can deliver your order to your door throughout the UK. However, we can also accept orders for collection through our online shop. Orders must be placed before 11am for collection between 1:30pm – 3:30pm, Mon to Fri only.

Unfortunately not. We deliver to UK Mainland (excluding BFPO addresses).

Goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery. Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
